{"id":12640,"date":"2023-01-16T15:17:53","date_gmt":"2023-01-16T22:17:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/finemetalrooftech.com\/?p=12640"},"modified":"2023-10-23T14:45:41","modified_gmt":"2023-10-23T20:45:41","slug":"rounded-corrugated-terne-cladding-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.spenglerindustries.com\/jjwp\/rounded-corrugated-terne-cladding-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Rounded corrugated terne cladding project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n<p>Location: Park City, Utah, USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project consists of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 7,000 ft2 <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.spenglerindustries.com\/jjwp\/products\/standing-seam-system\/\" title=\"double-locked standing seam\">double-locked standing seam<\/a> roof in terne (tin coated stainless steel)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 300 feet <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.spenglerindustries.com\/jjwp\/european-half-round-gutter\/\" title=\"European half round gutter\">European half round gutter<\/a> (also in terne)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 800 feet of <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.spenglerindustries.com\/jjwp\/snow-guards-for-standing-seam-roofs\/\" title=\"snow guards\">snow guards<\/a> (in stainless steel)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 5,000 ft2 <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.spenglerindustries.com\/jjwp\/corrugated-terne-systems\/\" title=\"7\/8&quot; round corrugated \">7\/8&#8243; round corrugated <\/a>wall cladding (in terne)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The wall is a <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.spenglerindustries.com\/jjwp\/rainscreens\/\" title=\"rainscreen\">rainscreen<\/a> type of installation utilizing stainless steel hat channels. We opted for stainless steel rivets instead of screws to provide better cosmetic appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Installation by William Verlander and team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We just added the <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.spenglerindustries.com\/jjwp\/corrugated-terne-systems\/\" title=\"7\/8&quot; rounded corrugated panels\">7\/8&#8243; rounded corrugated panels<\/a> to our family of standard products. It lends itself well to walls and rainscreens and higher sloped roofs. We think this profile pairs exceptionally well with terne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.spenglerindustries.com\/jjwp\/products\/terne\/\" title=\"\">Terne <\/a>is tin over stainless steel. The tin component is a &#8220;living metal&#8221; and will weather over time. Each project will develop its own unique characteristics. Terne has the blessing of historical societies as a universally approved material.
